Cruiser Safaris understands the importance of the family in today's life. It is important for everyone to teach the ethics of hunting and conservation and what better way to do it then with a Family Safari! During your Family Safari you can share your experience of identifying and stalking game with your family members and your Professional Hunter will add to the experience by offering information on African conditions, wildlife and fauna. Our camps are user friendly for all family members. We offer a family friendly atmosphere and have many side trips that are available for the whole family to enjoy. We know that some of your family members may not want to spend a lot of their safari time hunting and would be thrilled to just take one animal of their own. We can accommodate this special request. As a bonus to our clients, we do not charge daily rates for your day of arrival or day of departure*, unlike a lot of other hunting outfitters. Cruiser Safaris realize that your flight to Africa is a long one, and by the time you reach our camp you are probably exhausted and would just like to relax for awhile by our pool or simply take in the atmosphere and settle in. Your day of departure can also be hectic with packing and the drive back to Johannesburg. You won't have to spend extra time and money for accommodations before and after the hunt and can begin your safari relaxed and depart refreshed. We know some of you will see some of the game animals on the drive to our camp and want to begin your hunting immediately on arrival. For those who wish to hunt the day of their arrival or their day of departure we will only charge 1/2 of our daily rate.

Trophy Fees of animals bagged or wounded and lost
Any taxidermy costs
Packing, dipping and shipping of Trophies
V.A.T. (Value added tax, currently at 14%) only on daily rates.

hunting SAFARI TERMS OF BUSINESS:

a deposit of 50% of the Daily Rates is required to confirm a booking. The balance of the Daily Rates is not due until the day of your departure. Trophy Fees are applicable only to animals actually bagged or wounded and lost and are also due at the end of the Safari. All payments must be made in cash or travelers checks in South Africa, however personal checks will be accepted for your deposit. A standard Safari is a minimum stay of 7 days. In the event of a Safari cancellation, the deposit is not refundable unless cancellation of the booking is received 120 days prior to the start of the booking, in which case the deposit will be refunded less a 30% administrative fee. No refunds for either a late arrival or an early departure. Cruiser Safari reserves the right to change prices or terms herein without prior notice.

LIABILITY:

while Cruiser Safaris takes the utmost care to ensure the safety of our client guests and their belongings, we take no responsibility for any loss, injury, accident, mishap, illness, disability or death before, during or after the Safari. We recommend clients take out baggage, travel, trip cancellation and medical evaluation insurance before they travel.

HUNTING SAFARI PREFERENCE LIST:

Shortly after you have booked your safari you will receive a Client Preference List so that you may indicate to us your desires as to food, drinks, species of animals, etc. With this we will be able to make your stay with us even more comfortable and enjoyable.
